Would be happy to recommend for a lightning trip
Comfortable room, friendly staff, very convenient location, with a short 5-minute walk to the Natural History Museum U-Bahn and a fantastic breakfast selection featuring various breads and pastries.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Make sure to request a second room key when checking in. It simplifies access for couples or groups who may split up during the day.

We really enjoyed our stay with a spacious room and cozy bed that made for a comfy night’s sleep. The sauna and leisure area were great spots to unwind after a day of exploring, adding to our relaxation vibes. The only downside was that the shower gel wasn’t refilled, but it didn’t take away from our overall experience! 😊

Couples seeking a stylish place to unwind
The location was perfect, just a short walk to the metro and restaurants, so it was easy to get around every day. The staff were like a well-oiled machine, friendly and always here to help when we needed advice on places to visit. They even helped carry our bags to the room, which is a nice touch you don’t see everywhere.
It wasn’t exactly a bargain but honestly for the comfort, it was acceptable.

great location but minor hiccups
The location offered easy access to nearby attractions which enhanced our overall experience. The free drinks in the minibar were a delightful surprise that added a personal touch to our stay.
The room layout felt a bit cramped despite the comfort.

Had an awesome time with my friends! We enjoyed our stay in the cozy room. The bar was lively, and the staff were super friendly. Made it easy for us to unwind after visiting the nearby historical spots. Don’t skip the breakfast buffet. it’s fantastic! The gym is a plus for those who want to stay active while traveling.
Unfortunately, the AC in our rooms didn't work properly, which made things a bit uncomfortable. We had to switch rooms, which ate up some of our time.

The room was beautifully designed, combining comfort and style, with a particularly cozy bed. Daily complimentary beverages in the mini fridge were a nice touch. However, the breakfast menu lacked variety during my four-night stay, which could use some improvement. While the Wi-Fi was reliable, the lack of a more diverse food selection left something to be desired.

missingWrote a review on Jul 02frustrating check-in
The check-in process was a bit rough, with a long line and only a couple of staff working, which left me waiting around 15-20 minutes. The room lacked proper shower doors, resulting in some water splashing out, but it wasn't overly bothersome. A recurring issue with the room key deactivating every couple of hours added unnecessary inconvenience, forcing me to recharge it repeatedly. Also, the breakfast at €18 per person felt overpriced considering the nearby dining options offered more value.

The hotel impressed with its modern design and cleanliness, making it a comfortable choice. The location was convenient for exploring the city, though the bar was under renovation, which was disappointing. Room service could improve. a cleaner nearly walked in without knocking. Overall, a good experience.

Great location and comfy stay
This place was super modern and comfy. The breakfast was worth the price — tons of good food! They even stocked the fridge with drinks every day, which is awesome. It’s close to some cool spots in Berlin, but parking was a bit of a hassle. Not a huge deal though.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, just a short walk from the U-Bahn, making it easy to explore Berlin. My room was clean, bright, and had a mini bar that was restocked daily, which was a nice touch. The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated having a quiet room at the back of the hotel. I had a pleasant experience with the staff. they were friendly and helpful whenever I needed assistance. The breakfast, while a bit pricey at €18, offered a wide variety of options. However, I found the air conditioning in the room not adjustable, and it got a bit stuffy at times. Also, it would have been great to have an iron and ironing board available. Despite these minor inconveniences, my overall stay was enjoyable, and I would consider returning in the future.

The stay was pleasant overall, particularly for visiting local attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, which was perfect for our family with small kids. The complimentary mini bar was a nice touch, and the kids enjoyed the daily snack options. Breakfast had a good variety, though a little more daily change would have improved it. Access to public transport was really convenient for sightseeing.
